This project consists of approximately 40,000 square feet of corporate office, warehouse and processing facility on 2.38 acres of industrial zoned land adjacent to the historic Baker Neighborhood in Denver, Colorado.

The facility utilizes a blend of conventional building materials and construction techniques as well as pre-engineered systems to maximize volume and square footage in a cost effective solution. Concrete block, face brick veneer, aluminum and glass curtain wall and storefront, composite metal siding and standing seam roofing compromise the exterior skin. Pre engineered rigid frames, and steel columns and beams with open web bar joists constitute the structural systems which allow for 125' clear spans in some areas
