Real Qi Wellness Spa will be a luxury full-service treatment spa that will address an underserved market in the Broomfield area. The scope of services will range from body treatments and skin care to a full hair and nail salon, in addition to the various spa services.

The Architectural and Landscape Design concepts are in harmony with the character and material selections for the Shops at Quail Creek utilizing manufactured stone and synthetic stucco. A flat/low slope roof, parapet walls and varying wall heights conform to the design concept of the retail center. The landscape concept incorporates 5 elements of Feng Shui garden design, representing water, wood, fire, metal and stone.
